Anxiety and the Negative Bias
The biggest misconception is that anxiety is an issue of the mind. The way I see it, the way I see people with chronic anxiety are chronically worried. Their body is constantly in fight or flight because they're in this anxious state. So if you're in this chronic kind of anxious state, you need to be able to see a way out.
