How to Achieve Your Goals on Race Day

We're gonna pretend that there's actually a race day okay and that race day can represent anything you want emotional fitness mental health whatever you want for me I'm just going to classify it as race day. assume it's like a race day but obviously you could be running for a whole host of other reasons such as self-esteem, confidence or process things. The goal really from a coaching perspective is can you do all the work it takes so you can get on a starting line with the potential to achieve the goal once you get to the starting line from a coaches perspective we realize hey this thing may not work  that doesn't mean failure.
