The Scarcity Mindset
A scarcity mindset is a mindset that everything is running out. People could inherit it from your community, from parents, from school. It's a kind of ongoing narrative that there isn't enough and I've got to fight to get what is mine. And it's also connected to greed as well. Well, architects aren't greedy. There's a greediness that comes with being scarce. Over attachment to things and holding on to stuff which perpetuates a sense of being impoverished. A lack of opportunity or the ability to reframe circumstances rapidly and instantaneously. We see something, we look at it, it automatically means we're running out. So this is a default human beings for whatever reasons
