How to Mobilize Leaders to Make a Difference?
Polet: How do we make something compelling, owe even mean by compelling? Let me unpack that. So first of all, we have an immediate response to everything. It's something that happens unconsciously, automatically about every point two of a second. And essentially, you know, we like something or we don't like something as a response; and this is the case with diversity training. Polet: We're tempted to mobilize leaders sort of outside the manatory, compelling concept,. But i think particularly for maybe stem focused people or more rational people, kind of really explaining what their felt sense is will get them mobilized in there.
