Are You Doing All the Work?

Family members always want to do the work that you're doing. And it's like, and then if you let them, they feel like they're doing work. It gets twice as bad if you can't accept help. Then we become resentful because we don't tell them what we expect. How are we expecting someone else to know what we expect? Are they supposed to be telepathic?
