So it's so much easier to be able to be kind and sort of get out of that. Be aware of what your alarm feels like. Go into my body. Connect with that alarm. Then in that connection, which that alarm is your younger self,. In that connection, you can feel that younger version of you. That's when you make a healing shot at your anxiety - not just coping with it.
