What Does It Feel Like When You're Being Mindful?

When we're being mindful, what does it feel like when we'r holding on and filled with desire? And when there's a level of renunciation or non adiction, it's very different. One of the things i really love to do is to watch desires arising in the mind. In those an those times when i'm actually being mindful, just o desire, desire, and i'm feeling it. Then notice what it feels like when the desire goes away. Because it always will. It's just another impermanent state,. Desire comes because of something pleasant. That's what very few people desire, the unpleasant. May be some, but there's always some pleasure interwoven
