i think isometrics do helpa, you know, in terms of them being able to slow downand be able to really focus on control and like all those types of things. So i think there's value in it. I just don't think i would do it quite as aggressively as i did with the football team,. Because what i was really trying to establish was how to generate more force in these compound lifts.
