How to Do a Free Sissy Squat

When you do a sissy squat, you're basically trying to keep your feet or shoulders in line with your hips the entire time as you're driving your knees forward and downward. How's it done with the cable machine? Well, you just stand in front of the cable machine. You can either use one cable or a double cable. The only thing that bends is your knee.
