Fitness and movement for a long time was very kind of, no pain, no game. And i think that when people are conditioned to try to goik so hard and like push themselves to the absolute limit, that's when it can almost create kind of an abusive relationship with fitness. You need to catch your breath, or allow your breath to come back, take a sip of water, walk it out, and then we'll move on to the next thing. U doesn't have to be just like, go harder, go home.
