A lot of the benefit you get from challenging your body is probably mental. Balance for some one else is going to be two days a week, forty five minutes or whatever. You will have to find that sweet spot of putting time in the gim this is what makes me feel mentally healthy. This is what gives me now improves my quality alive, but still allows me to do h things that are important to me now like focus on my education, or do my job and that kind of stuff.
