What's the Intent of Active Listening?
i think we all shudder at the word active listening, cause it means so many different things different people. We're actually trying to define what is listening from required perspective. It's this aspect of being able to understand like so the way tgoche would always tell me about it: any system has a finite set of control factors but an infinite set of noise factors. Once they kind of understand how to listen better, they can see it through systems, and then they can actually understand and get to the intent of their product.
