Simon Tisdall: I think regenerative agriculture is being put forward as the solution to animal agriculture. But if we were to try and use regenerative agriculture to produce the amount of meat or dairy that we're producing today, it would require great destruction to the environment. He says this isn't a ploy to be ecologically minded in my opinion. "I think this is a tactic to greenwash beef," he adds.

In Episode #230, I’m joined by ecologist Nicholas Carter to examine the role of dairy and other animal foods on the environment. We discuss the implications of our food choices, detailing the impact of dairy specifically.
