How to Make Bedtimes Smoother
Bedtime is hard. Those 35,000 decisions throughout the day are starting to get tough. We're much more likely to end up reacting rather than being really good at teaching and guiding. Try to work on new behaviors, switching behaviors, changing behaviors earlier in the day. If you can give yourself a good three to five days to really focus on this, you'll make a ton of progress.
