The Stupidity Paradox, by Matt Lehi

Matt Alvesant is the co-author of a new book, The Stupidity Paradox. He talks about how he came up with the idea for the book after discussing it with a colleague at a conference. It's one of his recent books along with Triumph of Emptiness and Qualitative Research and Theory Development. Dr. Alvesant: In the short term, functional stupidity can help organizations get things done but in the long term could drive away good talent.
