What Can We Learn From Juneteenth?

Juneteenth is one of the few holidays where while it is based on a historical act that happened years ago, over 150 years ago, the issues are valid today. So if you as an organization choose not to celebrate, and I'm not even going to say give people the day off, then where it's different is that what you are sort of doing, especially if you're trying to build a participatory culture. And so Michaela, I'm going to bounce a little bit to you because as always, you can probably tell us scientifically some of the things that might be in play here.
