How to Control Lactate Levels in Your Workouts
Lactate in the blood number just reflects that balance equation of not really telling us how much we're producing, but it's telling us the balance between production and taking it up. And what I would say too is even if you look at some of the training, let's say by the the anger Brits, which is very popular. But like they often obsessively, or are seen to obsessively control lactate levels. Sometimes it just needs to be a dumpter fire, right? You don't get then the signallings to create this adaptation or reconstruction provided the post alarm period of recovery is adequate.
