The Role of Analytics in the Recruitment Process

HR leaders are using analytics to help fill a surging volume of open roles. The two big use cases of people analytics going back years has been attrition and recruiting. We're using analytics to automate parts of the recruitment process, which in many respects actually widens the funnel. So I think there's so much that analytics can play.
