Is It Important to Switch Roles?
I think the research supports that not only for long term sustainability of excellence in any one role, right? This is, you know, the most prolific people have full lives. And then there's just like the happiness factor. We're happier when we have a lot of different roles,. There's no possibility for just one role. You know, it's the same thing if you think about marriage. One relationship cannot fulfill all of your relationship needs. It's unrealistic.
