Physical stress is good. What about mental stress? Does mental stress have it or? You know, i tend to think it would only be a drawback. Meditate, breathing exercises. Just try to avoid worrying too much. I was a very agitated, anxious person in my teens and twenties. By my thirties, i thought, if i continue worrying like i have been, i am going to die young. And that's not going o be a good look for someone who works on aging. So i've learnt to not worry so much. I focus on the fact that i'm never, probably ever, going to run out of food, cause i live in a wealthy country.
