Is It a Repetition Thing, or a Warm Up Thing?

Form is paramount here. We're not just doing the raps for the sake of completing raps, we're doing them with excellent technique. And when that breaks down, that's our bodi's cue, telling us we've had enough. You don't really want to get too deep into fatigue, because what happens is you'll start to compensate and lose the structure of your body segments. That sounds awesome. Ye, you're going to lose it. Y, for sure. Mark, and i asked about frequency earlyr you measured in time for one of the warm up exercises. Is this a repetition thing, or what would you recommend?
