Grosan: I have been on both sides of the art. On the acquisition side, sometimes on the selling side. It happened to me five times in my life. And there are sometimes very different circumstances. We acquired a company located in San Francisco and that company became plant for the West Coast. That was one of the circumstances where probably you don't actually want to be on the sell-off side. They were in dire financial trouble,. had no negotiating law of red whatsoever, had nothing to sell but trouble. we scooked them for a song.
