What Is a Stakeholder?
Designers are spending a lot of time talking to stakeholders and involving them every step of the way. A stakeholder is an individual or a group that's going to either be impacted by or influence the success or failure of your project initiative product. "Stakeholders" can have different stakes, right? Some people in your stakeholder group may have an interest in your project because they have some type of rights.
