I was terrible during my career, and i had these ups and downs psychologically. Almost every year that i was able to win iron man, i had some of destructive periods. And we know that the carbohydrates and n this gut brain connection is really, really key and paramount for individual health and athletic performance. But physicallyii really throttles your system. However, you can make some pretty dramatic changes by changing your diht. And you ou can get somepretty dramatic changes in two to three days.
