What's the Difference Between Mechanical and Anaerobic Lactate?

The pathways to resynthesize ATP go way faster than the muscles ability to use it. So if you can only use it at a rate of 100, but your resupply maxes out about 400, that doesn't work. The point is this is a mechanical phenomenal that is causing this and it's not an energy supply thing. And so those guys came to realize, oh, you know, based on the phosphate pools, and you've probably seen these graphs, right?
