Is Fasting Really Helpful?

Fasting can be helpful in that sense. We're trying to fuel our bodies adequately, not under or not over. But we don't need to create an extended fast in any way. For most athletes, we need to be probably eating every like two or three hours of the day. And again, breaks and eating because you're satisfied, but not because you're restricting.
