The Benefits of Journaling
Journaling is basically it's a brain dump. It doesn't have to be on a daily basis but most days you just write in your journal. Try and end something on a positive so it's not all negative thoughts that are coming out. You need to look at the positive side of things as well. When it's written down and you reread it, sometimes you can take out the positive from it’s not as bad as it actually seemed. That quote by Dina Rapp: 'Putting words on the page is a form of therapy that doesn't cost a dime'
