How to Attract Talent at the Leadership Level

LinkedIn is more effective for some roles and some geographies than others. Traditional sort of outreach or even advertisement on job boards like an Indeed or a Monster can be effective for the lower level individual contributor levels. But when you're talking about top management team, it's the reason why the large organizations when they are going through mergers and acquisitions immediately contract with an executive recruiting firm. The smaller acquisition investors don't have the luxury of hiring a McKinsey, a Bain, a Hydro-Constructural to help them with all of these pieces. So they've got to be more scrappy.
