Scrum Service Dogs Are Not. That's a Real Thing

I recently took a job where there are basically no in office perks. I think they can be a signal of good things happening at the company for engineers. My hang up with them is it's so easy to have a terrible place to work that also has a ping ping pong table. If you use them as signals for good culture, it's really easy for people to fake that signal.
