Aiming for a Stronger Lower Back
We need to have established corps control and conditioning. We want to make sure that when we start to pull, we're not geting theis giant arch in our lower back. That can be ae result of not having enough shoulder flexion so you arch your chest back. This is a fun test to really just set a clock and see how long can you hold on before you need to come down. It's also going to let you know if you have any symmetries ah in your grip. To from there, we just keep inching closer and closer to that strict pull up.
