Canola oil is refined, bleached and deodorized. It's impossible to make these seed oils in any quantity using anything that any one of our ancestors would have recognized,. And that's why we weren't eating them. The factory then grinds the cake into protein rich meal, which it sells as animal feed. There you go, that's the diet of champions.

Today, Paul interviews Tucker Goodrich, Wall Street technology extraordinaire and independent researcher, and Jeff Nobbs, co-founder and CEO of Zero Acre Farms. They take a deep dive into the epidemic of seed oil consumption.
