The Importance of RPE and Volume in Training

Before 2010 2015 ish you were looking at very low increased focus training due to the powerlifting influence right. So, there's this hyper focus on RPE and volume,. You know, what are appropriate levels of volume. And years of coaching athletes have definitely showed me that individual tolerance for for volume is so wide ranging. But in my opinion most people have a weak muscle group not necessarily weak strength wise but weak development because they aren't actually usually engaging that area.
