CrossFit Athlete: I'm trying to figure out ways to make these things actionable from a mind fitness perspective. The number one thing we can determine is how much can you handle? That's your mental health. What sets you off? What do you get rattled by? So Chris wakes up in the morning, Chris is a really balanced strong person that's done a lot of work on this so he can handle quite a bit. We could put it on a spectrum and the same thing where we have sick to health and the different steps along the way.
