The Power of Reframing
The more honest and vulnerable we've been with each other, the more effective the show's been. I'm fascinated by the concept of reframing. For me, one of the things that I find with real sort of alpha male stereotypes is that they want to be effective and, and thrive. And it has always felt like to me, if you can reframe this idea, whether it's meditation or whether it's the vulnerability as a way of being more effective as a human being,. It's a way in to men who seem and women who traditionally would feel like it's a tougher barrier.
