Do You Know How to Maximize Your High Intensity Training?

High intensity training should mimic demands of the event as closely as possible. For instance, i someone who is training for cycling would not probably get at appropriate benefits by doing their interval training in a pool. Try athletes, of course, have is much more complex for them, because they have three different sports that they're competing in. If you've got to do something, let's do mile repeats, kilometer repeats, and maxe sure you can handle this.
