The Favorite Long Distance Track and Field Event

Watching the 100. It's just it's so intense. The amount of pressure that goes into getting everything out of yourself in like eight seconds is just like so foreign to what we do. I have a lot of respect for that like mental headspace to get there. If you get it and you're good out of being the fastest human on the planet is pretty cool. And then to me, racing for that kind of like four to five minute range of time is appealing more than a 10k.
