There's a certain crowd psychology. The crowds used to gather in the Roman Coliseum to see the gladiator games, which is named with someone must be killed periodically. And so people talk about cancel culture or whatever and to me this is it's nothing new. It's just the same old thing somebody must be killed at the end of each spectacle.
