The Three C's: Compact, Connected, and Cadence

The three C's are compact, connected and cadence. Many average runners try to get too much out of their gate then end up slamming on the brakes with every foot strike. Connected is getting your ribcage to internally rotate, still staying tall but being rigid in a slightly forward posture. Cadence thing is generally speaking, although cadence is attached to pace, when you go fast, your cadence is higher.
