Building a Community

Community is only going to work if members engage with each other. So there has to be this balance between, here's the value i'm going to provide for you and here's what i'll need from you. We wanted to make it explicit that this community is about connection more than anything else. This is not about us collecting abu of customers or users and thigs like that. This is a place where we want you to connect to each other. And in fact, on the application, we had a few reasons at the end to say, why are you most excited to join s p i pro? And we listed the different value props that we have on the sales page.
