The Power of Progressive Overload
Lifting weights through a full range of motion with near perfect form, you know, progressively overloading the weight. You could drop into a full squat without foam rolling and stretching for 20 minutes. Remember, progressive overload doesn't always mean loading more weight on the bar. Contribution can be in the form of lifting the same weight, but through a little bit greater range of motion.
