For each of those four stages, we can come up with what i call the four laws of behaviour. Changed so as you mention, for the cue, to make it obvious. You want the cues of your good habits to be obvious, attractive, visible. For the craving, you want your habits to be ractive, enjoyable, a, you know, compelling. And and finally, for the reward, you wantYour habits to be rewarding and enjoyable and pleasurable. Is really about getting that habit loop started by making the cues of those good habits as easy to see as possible.
