This time of year two Kathy is starting to pick up the training and the training on the bike at least is becoming more and more specific as we you know move along here. The balancing act becomes yeah i'm gonna stay in the gym i'm gonna work out in the gym but i want to make sure i'm recovered enough for those on the bike sessions and muscle soreness so how am i what's enough time between like a gym session and a good a good bike session where i'm planning to do some efforts? What can i do about good old dawns delayed onset muscle sorenessYeah good question i'm not a fan of being sore more than once or twice per week during race week
