There's a fine line here, because for sometimes some people, so it depends on the time that you're wakeful. But you're goin to give yourself first opportunity to try to reachieve sleep. And only when that fails, then you get up and remove yourself from the environment. You know, you have a little think about life, and then you come back and you try again.
