If you're doing a health goal, write down your current weight and clothing sizes. Write down meals you ate in the last three days. I don't know about you, but there's like only a couple of times in day where I make questionable food decisions. Last week we talked about one with Taco Bell. We sometimes use health goals as an example because most people who listen to show have them.
