Ai: I can't think of a single re design that hasn't had at least some sort of friction or some sort of challenge. What is probably going to be the most challenging for a lot of teams is balancing that feedback, a listening to it sincerely and still making this understandable. Ai: The real answer is soft scales. Being able to be a human being that other people want to a work with and want to listen to is one of the hardest parts of all of this.
