So i were that lined up with some of the previous hundred miles i've done. Do a lot of my shorter speed work, faster speed work, early on in the training plan. What i did a little differently as i i played around o some different types of workouts. And i played arond with a litle bit more of a blended approach within the speed work category. So i might spend four to six weeks focusing on the short interval side of things, before kind of transitioning into 4 to 6 weeks focusing on the long interval temper on side of things.
