The Importance of Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting, while it's maybe 10% of the population, is probably close to 40% of my friends. I like to eat within a six hour window at night, have dinner. And I compensate by drinking a lot of liquids that don't have sugar in them. It's an amazing thing to see how just in his career, working on aging and talking about longevity and fasting has gone from total fringe in science to now mainstream with the general public.
