CRM and Larksy Automation is often your low hanging fruit, right? It's where there may be some quick wins. If you're a subscription app and no one is continuing after month one, CRM is not going to do it. You have to really think about how severe is this as an issue or are we seeing any users actually doing what we want them to do?
