Is There a Difference Between Whey Protein and Traditional Whey?
I eat on average, a pound to two pounds of beef most days. For me, it makes a lot of sense to go grass fed. It doesn't affect the proteins, it affects the fats. Same thing with dairy, grass fed versus non grass fed. If you have a ton of dairy, then it makes sense. I really enjoy learning and teaching about health, strength, fitness, and nutrition. But I also don't like being broke. There's definitely some space. We did a good job of like pursuing. At least like a little reserve. That's how you have to kind of let me know.
