I assume we need to care less about protein and fat during this week. 100%. So you couldn't have said that better if I tried, right? We do not want to focus on percentage of calories. But the one thing that I often tell people to do is like when you're looking at your plate, right? Like 90% of that plate should be carbohydrates.
